The staff at this hotel are very friendly. The hotel is near everything you want to visit. Although, there are renovations going on I believe in this property. After renovations are complete I would like to stay here again. Thanks for the southern hospitality.

We thought we were going to a Holiday Inn Express. When we got there, it had been changed to Jackson Hotel and Suites. The room was clean but everything was "off brand" (toiletries, etc.). We almost missed this hotel. The sign was nearly invisible so we went around the block twice. The desk clerk had to talk us into the parking lot. Once we checked in our room was very nice.
