This HIE is a little worn out. It looks like a hotel for tired travellers for a one night stay. The rooms are not dirty, but they appear very old. The pictures online are deceiving. Though the decor was nice the room certainly had not been cleaned for some time. There were several spider webs and dead roaches in the room. We asked to be moved to a new room which had a large very alive roach, needless to say we did not stay very long after that. More

We checked in at 6 or so. We were put in a dirty room, I always check the bathroom first, pubic hair in the bath tub as well as soap scum rings. I was unsure about this place from the reviews. But my room, albeit a handicapped room (hey I saved $10/night) was very clean, HUGE and quiet. Had some very minor issues: 1)no conditioner or mouthwash the first day 2)there's only 1 trashbin for a huge room; weird Breakfast was great. the staff is great...the amenities are fine...but this is an older inn express...and they are working to complete upgrades...it is 'ok'...but newer properties abound right in this neighborhood...and finding a nights sleep with...er...a less aged feel is readily available. if you like to park out front...front desk line of sight i call it...forget it...parking is not fun here...narrow check-in lanes...people...
