I reserved a room with hotels.com. Apparently this hotel never got it. Even called them to have it faced in. Never arrived. Finally just purchased a room at the hotel itself. Of course I ended up being charged twice. Once through hotels.com and once through the hotel itself. I did get my refund, however. They promise you free hot breakfast.... More

Do NOT stay here!! The lobby looks MUCH nicer than the room we had, however as you walk down the hallways the appearance deteriorates quickly - broken signs, missing light fixtures, many scuffed/dirty halls - holes in walls, side entry door has smashed keycard machine and there is more.
