We stay here at least 2 times a year. Great value compared to the Marriott. Very nice rooms and great service. Quiet! Connected to the Mayo clinic so you do not have to go outside. Great restaurant in the hotel. There is also a wonderful beauty shop/spa attached. Parking is 15 dollars a day.

Staff is extremely friendly! Facilities recently remodeled and outstanding. Have stayed at other hotels attached to Mayo. However, Doubletree outshines ALL others.
Pescara is without a doubt best meal in city.

Don't get me wrong...I'm still a big fan of this hotel but Hilton decided recently to drop the movie purchase option and they don't have DVD players so NO VISUAL DISTRACTION is there for guests. BIG MISTAKE HILTON!!!
Most guests at this hotel are patients or family of patients at Mayo Clinic. We ALL need some distraction from our lives....

We were in Rochester, MN, going through the Mayo Clinic. The Double Tree was wonderful. We are reward members, so we were on the rewards floor, which included plush white bathrobes, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was wonderful to work with and met every need that we had. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
