Although this hotel is conveniently located with reference to Mayo Clinic, the facility itself and the service we received were unacceptable. The hotel is pretty nice, room was clean and spacious, lobby was decent and the restaurant was good. The pool looked nice although (sizeable) we didn't swim in it. The hotel is convenient to dowtown shopping and restaurants as well as the clinic - just a short 15 minute walk through the skywalk.
