If all you need is a place to sleep with basic services and internet choose this motel. The manager tries his best to meet your wishes. The other motel is twice the price. Only drawbacks were no continental breakfast as indicated, no pool (didn't need one), and it isn't the best and newest.

My boyfriend and I are actualy living there for a rew months, very affordable and feels like home. I helped clean the rooms and they have honey room (sp?) suits and they have a hugs heart shaped tub in one it's amazing.

Rum River motel is a very low-cost motel. The rooms are adequate and clean. Many channels on T.V.
