It's very refreshing to see a new hotel in the Iron Range area. Thank you! The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms are very nice. The customer service was good. The price was a bit high and it's not in a very centralized location. There is a Perkins restaurant a short distance down the road.

Checked in and was given a free flashlight because the city was turning off the power from midnight to 5am. Not their fault but the flashlight was a nice touch. The rooms are very nice but the walls are very thin. I woke up because I heard someone snoring in the next room. Hallway noise was bad as well.

We spent three nights at this hotel. The breakfast was average but the rooms were very nice. No waffles. The pool is on the smaller side and the hot tub is very small for a hotel of this size. We stayed here one night. It is only a few years old so is still a really nice place. Front desk people were kind of unhelpful about early check-in, breakfast is nothing to special, but for the Iron Range its a great place.
