Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. Suite was a nice size with the bed as far as possible from the hallway door which I liked. Biggest problem was the slowest elevator I have ever been on. Actually thought it was broken it took so long for the doors to close.

Nice rooms, we stayed on the second floor. quiet. Pool was great. breakfast was yummy, with eggs, meat, and biscuits and gravy. Waffles too. Swimming nice and warm. 5-10 minutes to MOA, Ikea, airport. 15 minutes to downtown st.paul I would stay here again

First room was next to the vending area and was noisy. Hotel staff relocated me to another room that was quieter. Comfy bed and slept soundly. Disappointed that the hot portion (other than waffles) of the breakfast was not available.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 1 night in mid-March. I had a King Room on the first floor. The room was handicap accessible so my bathoom was very big. I would tell everyone I know if there in that area to stay there!! It was a wonderful place and customer service is above and beyond!! It made our trip so much better!!!!!!! The beds are very comfortable and there breakfast area is wonderful! Also being able to take the free shuttle to the Mall of America!

This has the best atmosphere and customer service I have had in long time. The hotel great pucks for supper plans and they steered us in the right direction at lucky 13s.
