We have stayed at this hotel on two separate trips in the past two months. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Also, the price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area.

The Park Plaza was quite a nice hotel, and an excellent value for what we paid. The only issue I would have is that the bright blue light that shines on the building to illuminate the Park Plaza sign also bathes your room in an odd blue glow, but the curtain does a fine job in mitigating the light.

I've been staying at this Hotel since 2001, back when it had a different name.
It's very convenient to the Mall or America, the airport, downtown, and to Mystic lake. Price is great and they have a nice breakfast buffet. When I'm in the twin cities area, this Park Plaza is old faithful.

We stayed here on Nov 9, and had a great room with excellent bedding. Our room was spacious and clean, front desk clerks very helpful. The hotel has raised their rates for the park and ride feature- it's no longer a benefit to stay at this hotel with the parking rate now as high as the off site airport park...
