This was our second trip to Saugatuck and our first time at the Wickwood. It is a first class B & B. The staff was excellent, the room was very nice and the food was wonderful. It is somewhat pricey but worth every penny.

We stayed at Wickwood 28 years ago for our honeymoon. I decided to surprise my husband with a weekend get away to celebrate our 28th anniversary. The inn is quainte as we remembered and the breakfasts were good. We weren't at the inn during the hors d'oeuvres time. The rooms are very expensive. We could have gone to Chicago for... More

We just returned from one of the very best weekends we've ever had. This wonderful experience began the minute we were welcomed at the front door by a lovely Innkeeper and continued as she gave us a tour of the Inn and offered us the first of many taste treats, chocolate chip cookies that were the best I've ever tasted... This was a surprise getaway from my husband. I love to cook and have several of Julee's Cookbooks. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary, we didn't have more than a weekend to celebrate, but this was a perfect place to have a romantic and memorable weekend.

Wanted to stay here because as a culinary enthusiast, I have all the Silver Palate cookbooks( the owner of which was one of the partners). I was not disappointed with the food or setting. Lovely place to spend quite weekend in winter.

President's Day weekend in Saugatuck. It's off season, and many of the shops were closed, but we had an excellent time of it, starting with our stay at the Wickwood Inn. Our hostess, Betty, gave us a friendly greeting when we arrived. We stayed for two nights in the English Garden Room (there are eleven rooms, each individually themed and... More

Finally stayed here after years of wanting to after finding out its Silver Palate connection. (Sadly, I didnt get to meet Julee as I would have liked). We were not disapppointed! Our hostess was Janet for the whole stay - very gracious, friendly, and customer-oriented. We had the Vineyard room - decorated in gorgeous reds, had small but cozy sitting... More

The hors d'oeuvres alone would lure me back to this lovely place, where our wine-themed room had a very comfy bed and lots of space. The Inn is a half-block from the town park which featured nightly concerts, which was nice. We also enjoyed walking to Douglas, the next town (a 15-min walk over a bridge and quite pretty) to...
