As expected, the whole staff was "over the top" in service and friendliness. They never seem to miss a beat. Absolutely loved the"Balmoral Suite." Better bath and shower area then some of the best hotels in Chicago. Many thanks to Shawn, Jonathon, Nancy, and Linda. We shall return.

We stayed only one day, but wish we had stayed longer. The accommodation is a destination itself. The house is a short drive from downtown Saugatuck, and set on large grounds with a lovely garden. This was not our first stay at the Belvedere Inn & Restaurant, nor will it be our last. Everything was perfect. !00% first class. Great service and gourmet food. Elegant surroundings, cozy, thick bath towells, little snacks available, you name it, they have done it right. Can't wait to visit again.
