Quiet place with a beautiful location. Large rooms and bathroom. The owners are very friendly and hospitable – felt like visiting friends. We were even allowed to use the kitchen for a Sunday evening meal. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed our two nights stay. Recommended!

Five star hospitality but with an individual distinct style. Only a few rooms in a large manor house and with excellent attention to detail. Cup of fine darjeeling and homemade shortbread on arrival. The owners, Iain and Maureen, are wonderful hosts and make you feel at home. Lovely setting. My husband and I stayed 3 nights while exploring the area and found everything absolutely wonderful. The food was superb...you MUST have the dinner at least one evening...and the rooms tasteful, comfortable and quiet. Ian is a wonderful host and we very much enjoyed his company.
