“Jacuzzi room with no working jacuzzi”

As the title says the draw to the room was the tub. It didn't work and the front desk was zero help. Checking out in the am we told the front desk and they were like whatever. I won't be back and will spend my money going to bay valley or out of the area

This hotel does need renovations; in addition to, increasing the security for every in-house guests. My colleagues lost his money (one $600, one $300, one $3000) in the previous months.
