Stopped in on our honeymoon. Denise at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful in giving maps and suggestions of things to do and great scenic views. Be careful of Sundays though, many restaurants we were givin as suggestions from friends were closed.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and the location is beautiful! Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the continental breakfast was very good. Loved the to breakfast for the day we were taking off early to go hiking. The view of the lake is exceptional.

Great personalized experience with our family. We had multiple rooms and the hotel addressed every need politely and quickly. Hotel had a welcome reception and location was decorated with local and fun decor. We will be back!!

This was a great stay for a Hampton Inn. I am used to finding nice quality, but they definitely surpassed my expectations. Great Job celebrating NMU's Graduation weekend. Complimentary Shuttle service to the ceremony and the Welcome Reception were very nice touches. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make the weekend special. The location is perfect to visit downtown as it's an easy 5 minute walk.

Best location, beautiful view of lake, near downtown, nice and helpful staff. Hot and cold free breakfast buffet. Fun salt water pool. We were here for NMU graduation, and the great hotel experience added to a wonderful weekend. We have stayed in many hotels in the area, and the Hampton on the Waterfront is by far the best!

This is our second stay at the Hampton Inn and surprisingly it is Marquette's only hotel on the waterfront. The view from our 3rd floor room (room 1320) was spectacular and very close to great restaurants. The room, bathroom, and bedding was spotless. The hotel has a hot tub and salt water pool.
