Pool cold and cloudy. Grounds left in coffee pot, sheets too big and loose on bed. 2 towels for three people. Breakfast was really only a snack. Guest washer/dryer broken and dirty. TV was at least 10years old - all static. Barely average!!

Decor, bedding, and furniture were extremely outdated, worn, and falling apart. TV had constant static. The security lock on our door was broken and the wall behind the door was busted in, appearing that someone had busted in the door. The hotel smelled poorly. Hot tub ice cold, pool area no power, not maintained . Room smelled of strong cleaner have me headache. Lots of people complaint no keys mny doors open, weak breakdast, not happy with stay at all. Need to finish renovation or be up front with issues

Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. We know that you were in transition at the time but we still had a very nice stay even though we were only there a short time.
