This place is an arm pit. Wynham (which owns Super 8) apparently has low low standards for their budget inns. Check in was 3 pm arrived at 3:34pm and room not ready had to wait until 4:15 pm to get in and it was a handicap room. The handicap room are the furthest from the doors. The window had cobwebs in it. The room smelled bad. The remote didn't work.

Rather stay in a doghouse next time providing it is large size dog. Stayed in main floor heard every step of the person above us who got up around 4 am. Room has damp smell when we got in could not open windows to get fresh air.Next room's shower feels like running in your own room. Never again at this... More

Overall it was good to be in Super 8 Grand Rapids. I was fascinated with the service and the bedroom of the hotel. Hope, I'll be there if there'll be next visit to Grand Rapids, MI.
