Stayed at this hotel December 31, 2011. I had reservations for Friday, December 30th 2011, and Saturday December 31st, 2011. Unfourtnatley we couldn't make it Friday night, so I called Thursday afternoon to cancel our Friday night reservation but still wanted Saturday nights. There for business. After returning to my room, I discovered my room was half cleaned. Pillows were thrown everywhere and a dirty towel was left in the sink. There were no towels in the room upon check-in. Valet driver was rude. The air conidtioner whistled all night and leaked on the floor.
