“Outstanding”

Front desk staff, at all shifts, are terrific! They go out of their way to ensure everything was first rate during our stay. Our room was on the second floor and was quiet and comfortable. I only rated the sleep quality as "very good" since I was coming down with bronchitis during my stay and didn't sleep well.

“Nice Hotel in Frankenmuth area”

Visiting Frankenmuth and wanted to stay where it was less hectic and a bit more economic. This facility filled the bill. Friendly and accomodating staff. Clean rooms with refrig & microwave. The good: The hotel seems like it is very new. It's very clean and super close to Birch Run but not backing onto the highway so the rooms are quiet. “Okay, but.....”

The only area of concern for me was that it was a bit expensive compared to those in the Frankenmuth area. Breakfast was super and the staff were cheerful and cooperative. The mattress was a bit "springy" but perhaps I'm accustomed to something more comfortable.

Honest, straight forward comments, such as yours, are so helpful as I try to improve all aspects of our operation. We stayed over one night while being very close to Birch Run Outlet Mall. Room was priced alright and found to be clean. No problems with our room at all. 5 miles away from Clio where we found a great night club.
