We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn, Worcester for just one night to attend a nearby conference--the room was clean and obviously well-cared-for, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Typical chain hotel. Has a beautifully done lobby and hallways. Provides typical standard business center/gym/pool. Pool a little dumpy and in need of an update. Our stay was very nice, the staff was polite and was able to accomadate our needs. the food was amazing and the service staff was very good. the rooms were very clean and cool. Bathrooms were stocked with what we needed.

Excellent hotel and quite a value for your money. The breakfast buffet (included with the room) was wonderful and offered something for everyone (daughter is a vegan). Hotel staff was helpful and so nice. Great experience.

Room was great and everything worked!! Room was clean and so was the bathroom. I really liked it. The only thing that didn't liked was the pillows they were to soft. I'm use to a hard pillow. But I didn't ask them if they had any too. If I had to stay there again I would.
