We made reservations on short notice due to a death in the family and found the staff to be sympathetic and efficient. Very nice place to stay, with a real decent, and included breakfast. Our room, with King bed was very clean and nicely equipped.

Rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Had a great sleep. Close by a shopping centre and a wide variety of stores. Staff were well informed and helpful. This hotel is a great bargain. You feel like you're staying in a very expensive place and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. This is where I will stay when I go to Springfield.

Stayed here for a sporing event being held at Springfield College. Location was reasonable. A couple of good restaurants very close by, that was good (Cal's & 99). Clean. Roomy lobby. enough room to sit an talk and eat breakfast.

Just stayed here last nite. It was recommended through the event we were attending in town. Very happy with this hotel! Clean common areas and spotless room.
