A weekend away to relax and be pampered at Shui Spa. All quite nice, and filled the bill for relaxation. Being in PTown at this time of year is quiet. But gives you time to take time in the art museum, etc. Crowne Pointe staff were great, breakfast wonderful, and dinner at the Bistro was delish! More

Sometimes it's how a hotel reacts to a situation that's more important than a perfect visit. let me explain. I spent the first night here without any sleep because I was kept awake by a tapping noise. I made a gentleman called John aware of the problem. He listened, apologised and then offered to move me rooms immediately, to an... More

We spent New Years Eve at the resturant. The food was just ok. What angered us was the way we were rushed out of the resturant for the next seating at 9PM. Most of us had 1 or 2 drinks at the most and were shocked at the $ 800.00 bill for 6 people. We did find some lovely resturants... More

Thank you for your response. For New Years Eve we advertise 2 seatings a 6pm and a 9pm. We allow for 2 1/2 hours for the first seating which is typically ample time for the 5 course meal. Perhaps a 9pm seating might be a better choice for you going forward so that you can take all the time that... More

P-town is a great place for New Year's Eve. There's something about driving to what seems to be the end of the earth to celebrate the end of a year, and the beginning of a new one. This year we bit the bullet and reserved three nights at Crowne Pointe, getting the room with a gas fireplace and jacuzz. It... More

My wife and I traveled to Provincetown for a one night romantic getaway. This was in the of season so most businesses were closed. We really enjoyed our stay. The people at the service desk were very helpful, the room (with fireplace and whirlpool tab) was very nice, the free wine and cheese as well as access to spa sauna,... More

Provincetown has always been in our hearts ever since we honeymooned in Cape Cod 10 years ago, so we decided to return for Christmas and we weren't disappointed. Yes PT is quiet at this time of the year but thats the best way to explore it properly and you get all the beaches pretty much to yourself. The Crowne Pointe... More

We stayed here over Labor Day and had a great time! We booked the smallest room and it was very comfortable and worth it for the value of our money. The only drawback is probably the small bathroom, but you get what you pay for with the smallest room. You will see anything in Ptown is expensive over the holidays... More

We stayed one night between Christmas and New Year's. We were expecting a bit more comfort and service. We were in a "pamper me thrice" room that had no comfortable sitting area or furniture for enjoying the fireplace. The bathroom had an almost-two-person whirlpool tub, but it was stark and bare with no floor covering and only one towel/person. There... More

Thank you for your email. We wish you would have let us know about the wind causing a door to bang we would have been happy to fix that for you or move you. We are glad you enjoyed your meal in the bistro. More

My s.o. Bill and I treated ourselves to a three-night escape from Boston, and chose Crowne Pointe as our destination. Our stay was lovely, though there was one significant distraction that considerably affected our stay: our room was above some sort of kitchen mechanism that caused a lot of noise, as well as vibration of the fireplace doors. Each of... More

We had the pleasure of getting married in Provincetown on 9/10/11 @ 12. It was at the Crowne Pointe Inn, and they did an amazing job for our small 30 guest wedding! Everything was taken care of for us, without worry. The flowers were absolutely amazing from Wildflower, the food was incredible, the service impeccable. DO NOT HESITATE to plan... More
