The cost of staying for 2 nights was very reasonable. The room however was in need of serious updating. Painting and new wallpaper would certainly help. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If your not too fussy this might be the right place for you.

A sunny, late October visit to Orleans provided the opportunity to try it out. With beautiful grounds & a location that allowed walking to shops & restaurants, I was able to stroll to my hearts content.
