My family and I spent 5 summer vacations staying at the little inn. The rooms are beautiful and truely make you feel as if you have a little cottage to call home. The owners are delightfully friendly and helpful and cook up Michelin Star worthy breakfasts. I give the little inn highest honors and reccomend for couples, solo, or families.

We ( us and sons 12 & 18) spent 2 nights in August 2012 and wished we could stay more, everybody wanted to move in actually ! Gorgeous garden, stupendous view, divine bedrooms, breakfast ??? the best. And Pamela & Sandra are just perfect, funny, and make you feel you are unique ! We can't wait to go back.

This B& B was absolutely perfect...the setting, the location to other areas on the Cape, and the expertise of Pamela and Sandra was flawless. We still can not get over the breakfast. Each day was a wonderful surprise. It was such a memorable experience! .

We stayed here in July 2011 and lovrd it so much that we returned in July 2012. Pamela and Sandra and the team did not disappoint. The room, public areas, gardens are fabulous. The food amazing and the standards of innkeeping the highest.

We usually prefer resorts to B&B’s, because of the more consistent quality, but this might make us inn converts! The location is great, the public spaces are appealing, the gardens are gorgeous, the breakfast has something for everyone, and Pamela and Sandra who run the inn are charming, knowledgeable and accommodating!
