This could be a really great place to stay...great views on a very large piece of prime Cape real estate. Rooms look as if they haven't been touched in 30 years. Dog friendly resort! Because I knew it was dog friendly, I was afraid the rooms were going to smell and to my surprise, it was clean. The staff was very friendly! We stayed in room 27, a "Pet Friendly" unit. The room was tired, but clean. However there was a horrible dog odor penetrating the entire room. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the smell from carpet. Could have slept at the Dog Pound for free! Needed to threat a health complaint before getting some positive action! More

The resort is on a hilltop overlooking Cape Cod bay and has lovely views of Provincetown. The property is well maintained, clean, and safe. This is an older hotel. Everything in Provincetown was sold out, and this didn't look too far away. Don't expect much, and expect to pay top dollar.
