I had a reservation bookesd here. My event in town at a local restaurant was cancelled so i tried to cancel my room and they said they have to keep $145.21 of my money. This is extremely poor customer service and i will never attempt to stay there again. I would rather drive farther to another place.

Just came back from 1 night at Porches. We loved the sitting room with fire place, pool, hot tub, and cookies. The only complaint that I had was that the bed was really hard and they only had 3 pillows on the king size bed. Everything else was great!

The room was modern, clean and charming! Nice hot tub and pool and sauna on site. Wonderful fire pit to use. Claw foot tub in the room and a wonderful rain shower head. Walk to Mass MoCA and restaurants. Very nice continental breakfast. Wonderful get away for my husband and I. Loved it!
