Almost hate to write a review and let the secret out . . . Alan, our host, was most accommodating from the first phone call to the call after our departure to let us know we'd left a shirt behind that he was putting in the mail to us! The house has been in Alan's family for at least two generations, and his loving care of the property is evident. We took advantage of a special offer - $75 per night, which was an outstanding value for early summer in Hyannis! This is a sweet location, less than a mile from Hyannis harbor proper, just down the street from the JFK Memorial and beach, across the street from Veteran's park beach and the Hyannis Yacht Club, and a five minute walk to Kalmus Beach. Take a look on Google Satellite - 535 Ocean Street Hyannis - and you will see just how close to beaches you are! The house is along a row of traditional Cape Cod houses; well kept gardens out front and a salt marsh behind . . . The Mains'l has a deck out back with picnic table and umbrella...
