As other reviewers have written, this hotel is a little dated. Rooms aren't quite soundproof (our neighbors apparently had a lovely evening), and although clean, they aren't spectacular. We stayed here in November and the location was good because Hyannis had alot opened, other places I considered staying on the Cape were pretty much closed up. As others have mentioned this Courtyard is right smack next to the Hyannis Mall, and on a busy street. But it is set back a bit, and noise from the road was not a problem. This seems like an older Courtyard, that has renovated the lobby and dining room, but has not (yet?) done much updating in the overnight rooms.... More

I stayed here because there was nothing in Provincetown. Tho' Provincetown is a good hour away, the other cities like Dennis, Eastham, etc are closer. The hotel is clean, the rooms were good, and the pool was decent enough to take a dip after a long day. The breakfast was good and filling, and had a nice selection. More

This is a good choice for those wanting a central location from which to explore the entire area. You can easily walk to the mall next door for a meal and a cocktail.
