Clean room, large common areas, excellent (and filling) breakfast prepared by inn owners. Very friendly and helpful. Close to bike path and walkable to nearby beach. Free use of bikes and beach chairs. About 10 minute drive to Falmouth or Woods Hole. Road is a bit noisy, though.

My family reserved three rooms for a summer get-together over a 5 day period. Tim and Kim were great hosts and took pride in every detail of the service they provided.
