We called the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce to check on this hotel as it was one of very few that accepted a one-night stay on Labor Day weekend. We were told it had no swimming pool, but it was very clean. The same owner for 27 years!
They were right - we had a spotless room (no smell), free...

The motel was really old and beat up which is fine but it smelled nasty from the minute we walked in the door. Smelled like mold. The blanket had a cigarette butt burn hole in it. The price was great but the motel needs a major overhaul to get it up to date. I couldn't dry my hair all weekend...

I booked a room for me and my wife and both my kids, and the front desk made a mistake on revervation day and booked us a week later so when we confirmed they said they only had single bed rooms but the front desk person said they would give us 2 single rooms for the price of the one...

Unfortunately you can not please everyone. The guest was sent a confirmation for the arrival date of 7/15. They did not call to change the dates, choosing instead to come down on 7/9. They called at approximately7:00 pm to ask for a late check-in and were told there reservation was for the next weekend. They stated that there confirmation did...

If you are going to stay at this hotel, you should know better than to expect the Ritz-Carlton. Instead, you will get an immaculate room and very friendly service! Yes, the place is dated, but I prefer to call it quaint. The rooms really were sparkling clean, and the office people super-friendly. I stayed there last weekend, and the woman...

We actually stayed in July 2008. We decided last minute to head to the Cape for 4th of July weekend and this place was the only hotel left with available rooms. I am a bit of a cleanliness nut, so I was very nervous and packed some old sheets to bring just in case. I was definitely glad I did....

We needed a place to stay that would let us stay one night only on a weekend for a family reunion. We called several motels/Inns and NONE would agree to give us a reservation
for just the one night. Town and Beach gave us a room with NO problem..obviously they are not quite as greedy as some of their fellow...

I planned on staying at this motel before I had seen it, and I'm glad I didn't end up staying here! After I had made my reservation over the phone and the woman had already taken my credit card number, she rudly told me I had a "young voice" and demanded that I tell her how old I was. After...

We stayed here in an effort to save ourselves some money as we had back to back weddings in the area. The place was fine enough - we weren't expecting anything more than what we paid for. On Saturday morning, I discovered a dead bug in the bed. At the time I didn't know what it was and we were...

We at the Town & Beach Motel take pride in our clean rooms. Being a "budget" motel with no amenities, location and clean rooms are all we can offer. Upon reading this "review" the room was inspected and nothing was found.
We have had no complaints prior to and after there departure.
I hope Tripadvisor customers read all the reviews...
