Nice, clean room with a great view. Very accommodating! I needed a ground floor room because of a breathing problem. Loved the parking garage. Nice to get into a cooler car. Room was a little damp despite the air conditioning working very well. Maybe cause we were so close to the ocean. Overall nice experience.

My family has been to OC over 15 times. This hotel was in a great location on the boardwalk. We had a pool view, but still could see the beautiful ocean. I'm from NY and I went to Crtsal Beach for the weekend, the rooms weren't even average, I've seen hotels in the area that looks better and their rooms. Let me start off by saying it was clean. Hotel was in a good location. There is nothing fancy about this hotel. Rooms need updating. Especially the bedding. The mattress on the pull out couch had the inside falling out.

The positive: location is GREAT, love the "quiet" end of the boardwalk away from the hustle and bustle and carnival-like atmosphere at the other end. Can't beat the unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. Close to the tram station. Within walking distance of several restaurants, miniature golf, and stores.
