I thoroughly enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites as BWI, as well as any Embassy Suites. I try to ensure that I have reservations at Embassy Suites when I am traveling as much as possible. The rooms are always comfortable, the complimentary breakfast is always appetizing, and the manager’s reception is definitely a welcome bonus.

One time Embassy Suites used to be my favorite but Hilton Garden Inn has taken over that spot. Nice hotel though. Internet worked but if you're not an HHonors Gold/Diamond member you will pay. Breakfast, also good, wasn't served until 7:00 a.m. on weekends so I missed out as I left at 7:00.

This hotel was very clean, airy and had a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for its room size, and cleanliness. If your a business traveler this is the hotel for you. The bar area was very nice and the staff was very accomodating.

could not find reservation by name, had to produce reservation by number because gave room to some one with same last name. this person who received the room must no have produce a reservation number which I was required to do. this experience changed my opinion of the hotel
