They called us a week after it was public knowledge in the local area apparently, to let us know our reservation in November is cancelled. The building will be demolished - no more hotel at this location. So we haven't stayed there- just thought others looking at this should know the hotel no longer exists.

While I may not consider staying here during an extended stay in Hagerstown, this was the perfect place for a one-night, budget option while passing through. The building and public areas have aged from previous splendor, but the rooms are clean, unassumingly decorated and sufficient for a comfortable rest. I was in town for the motorcycle races during the heat wave. Went to check in and was told to come back in an hour. When I returned they told me my room was ready. My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. We used the coupon book from the rest stop and only paid $49 for one night. What an incredible bargain.
