This is a beautiful and quietly elegant hotel with three croquet fields manicured to perfection. The room we had, had a wonderful view and deck and had been recently remodeled. No TV or amenities, but that is why one stays here, to leave everyday life behind for a time and truly relax.

We stayed here on a recent bike trip to Acadia. We had a room on the second floor with a private bathroom. This place is fabulous! You feel like you are stepping back in time. And you cannot beat the location. The views from the back are amazing.
