The location was perfect in proximity to the beach and all the attractions and shops. We rented two suites my mother and wife stayed in one suite, while my sons stay in the other and it was perfect. We spent three nights here in mid-June. If you're looking for a family-friendly place that accommodates noisy children, this is the place for you. It was all thanks to the Skylark beach inn in old orchard beach we will be going back every year the suite there made our lives so easy with kids was clean and maid service was amazing bathroom was a little small but so clean the owner and staff were so helpfull made my vacation experience better would reccomend this... It's OOB, right on the beach, blocks from the amusement park and the boardwalk, what else would you possibly need? Being late September, it was lovely and quiet,(besides the morning our neighbor decide to air-out her children on the balcony at 7am, loudly chatting.
