We had a wonderful impromptu stay at the Big Moose Inn. Great hospitality and the most delicious home-cooked breakfasts. Thank you for saving us from the spring rain storm! First night we stayed prior to a white water rafting trip and second night we stayed prior to our hiking attempt up Katahdin. We were thankful for the last minute availability.

All in all we had a good stay at the campsite. It had all the facilities. Toilets were clean. Campsites were neat and pretty. It's conviniently located. Short and sweet: 2 nights, 1 room in Inn, shared bath was no big deal. Extremely quiet even though room was above the restaurant which had live music. Perfect for early morning risers who want to open the park up at 5. Good food. Nice people. I'll be back.
