We stayed here on our first New England trip last May. The owners were helpful and welcoming. The location was great, right on the beach, and the place was clean and charming. We stayed in an upstairs unit in the back so that we'd have a beach view. It was close enough to Camden that we could explore Camden from... More

Very charming and extremely clean rooms with a awesome view! Dorothee and Rob were perfect hosts! The location is great. It is directly on the beach and the best Pub in town is located next to it! The Duck Trap is close and it is only a few minutes drive to the mountain, where you have an amazing view over... More

We stayed in the Beach Cottage Inn over Thanksgiving. We booked pretty much last minute. We did not expect much, but got everything. The owner of the Beach Cottage Inn are wonderful, warm-hearted people. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The decor is very affectionate, detailed and authentic chosen. But most of all, this place is incredibly cozy.... More

The cottage is the perfect vacation spot anytime of year. Owners Rob and Dorothee make sure your stay is absolutely perfect! The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and cozy and situated right on the bay with water views. The whales tooth pub is right next store and the food is delicious and the atmosphere maybe even better. You can have... More

We stayed three nights in the Crow’s Nest in July 2012 and enjoyed it very much. The “wet bar” is actually a bit more than that – it has a microwave and a refrigerator and basic utensils. Being in Lincolnville Beach was nice because it was less crowded than Camden/Rockport/Rockland (all of which are close by). The Inn is easy... More

We did a last minute trip to the Camden area. The only room available was the least expensive Timberwind. Let me start out by saying the Inn is very clean. The Timberwind, at $150 per night, is a very small one bedroom in the front of the house, which is steps from the main road. It is probably the least... More

Stayed two nights in a nice room at the front of the house. Very clean and comfortable. You must look at the before pictures in the foyer to see how much work they did. Friendly and helpful host. Have to go down the street to the bakery for breakfast. Good food but they are not very friendly there. Ate dinner... More

I was the only one visiting, and my room was upgraded. I stayed in the crow's nest, and what a lovely cozy nest it was. I could see the ocean, and smell the cedar of the doors and the floor. The bed and blankets were comfy cozy, and I got some much needed R&R between my business travel. I will... More

Had two great sleeps, probably helped by the amount of local beer consumed in the adjacent pub. Could not have asked for more from our first experience in Maine

A 5 day trip along the coast of Maine 10/10-10/14 started with the BCI. The bar was set high with our stay in the "Crows Nest". Nice view of the bay. Suite was rustic in feel, well maintained and impeccabely clean. Our late arrival resulted in dinner at the Whale Tooth Pub on 10/10 mext door and also owned by... More
