We haven't stayed here yet, but I felt the need to post. The motel is opening a week ahead of their planned date because they are owners that care about their business. They see value making 5 rooms available for us and know they will continue keeping our business. The local motels that are closer to where we will be... More

We have stayed here a few times over the years as we travel downeast Maine. It is a fine place to base your stay or a good way station on your journey. It is clean, quiet and a terrific value. It's not the Ritz but it is not trying to be. When your here your comfortable !

We have stayed here a number of times over the years and have been very satisfied. But the new owners have already put their mark on this small motel. They are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. They have enlarged the office area so that now they can offer some breakfast items. A great value for... More

Simple, clean, homey and affordable - this family-run motel is the sort of place you feel good about. We were in the area for two days and felt we had a home, not just a place to flop down in. The room felt like a guest room in our own house. The owners are naturally friendly and helpful. Coffee and donuts... More

What a 2 night treat !!1 A very reasonable 2 night stay in a very clean and well appointed motel. The new owners have been so helpful both on the phone while I was looking for a place to stay and when we got here. A reasonable price ( in the 60 dollar range) for 2 double beds, a large... More

We chose this place because of the price and were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean, the owners are helpful and friendly, and it's right along the highway if you're going Downeast. Close to Machias. Couldn't ask for more!

A very good motel at very reasonable price to overnight at. The owner was very helpful. There is a seafood/fast food eat-in or take-out place a couple of hundred yards down the road.
