My husband and I recently had the pleasure of a night in the Honeymoon Suite at the Brewster Inn. We were on vacation to see relatives, but wanted a night away. This was a perfect choice. Our suite was quaint but still abundantly comfortable, and well maintained. The queen sized bed was both spotlessly clean and conveniently heated with dual... More

Thank you for your very kind review. The Honeymoon Suite is indeed a lovely guest room. Warm, welcoming and plenty of room to spread out. Thank you also for mentioning the cleanliness. I always check the guest rooms myself once my cleaners have been through just to make sure everything is as it should be. Good amenities are important too.... More

Ending a long day of work and travel couldn't have been better! Mark, the innkeeper bent over backwards to make sure my room was comfortable and to my liking. My room was clean, comfortable and had a fireplace, which was such a nice touch. I was sad that I could not stay another night as I truly enjoyed the history... More

Perfect B&B- I’m glad you enjoyed your room. We strive to ensure all the rooms are clean and comfortable, and a room with a fireplace is a nice touch, especially at this time of year. It’s great when guests stay for business and decide to return with friends or family to enjoy some personal time away while staying at the... More

I travel a lot for work and I was delighted to find The Brewster Inn in Dexter, ME! I arrived late and left early and Mark was there to accomodate. Arriving after dark I didn't realize what a magnificent view the inn has from the living room and glass porch area. I look forward to staying at The Brewster Inn... More

Great find – I know travelers often arrive at all hours of the evening or night and try to accommodate. Glad you enjoyed your brief stay. The living room and conservatory are great areas to relax and have a drink, socialize with family, friends or other guests. Hope to see your family here sometime. More

Meeting Mark Brewster and staying at his beautiful, well appointed Inn were the highlight of our brief trip to Maine. After many hours of travel we started looking for a B&B to stay. Called and checked him out, only to find that we were 30 miles further North than his inn. However, after feeling so welcomed by him, even on... More

We spent one night at the Brewster Inn during our New England Road trip. That was one of our favorite place. So warm, lovely, very fascinating "england style". A nice place to stay with such a kind innkeeper. And last but not least, the room was CLEAN, as nowhere else! Really better than our expectations, a great surprise on our... More

We always stay with family for Thanksgiving, but this year that was not possible, so I set about to find a place for my wife and I to stay. The two motels which are close to where we were going to be, are sub par. I looked into B&B's, thinking we would have a nice, romantic getaway while not with... More

I have never stayed at a B&B before so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived at 3pm they were not quite ready for me so he had me sit in the living room. Under the couches looked a little dusty. The house is quite fascinating though. I felt like I had stepped back in time. I had... More
