We stayed on April 2nd for the night after a long, stressful drive. Our reception at the front desk was excellent. Room was excellent with comfortable bed! Breakfast was great and the lady in charge of the breakfast room made everyone feel at home . Our usual hotel was full but from now on, this will be our first stop.

This hotel is about average in all aspects. Nothing special at the front desk. Some rooms are quite the distance from the elevator. My room was clean and for the most part bed was ok. The price was affordable to the comfort level here. Staff was friendly and offered several places to eat.

We were traveling through Bangor and spent the night at the Quality Inn. We requested a room with a refrigerator and the lady on the desk changed our room so we could have a refrigerator. She also gave us another discount on the rate. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
