This is the best hotel experience I have had in Slidell, La. Nikko always greets us with a smile and has everything we need ready and waiting. Check-in is a breeze, the rooms are fresh and clean, and the service is exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Slidell.

Were greeted with a very personable and helpful desk clerk-Nikkolette. Check-in was smooth. Considered the room to be very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was ready, hot, and delicious. Enjoyed a good cup of coffee with my favorite French vanilla creamer and a copy of USA Today. When passing through I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay at this hotel was great the staff was friendly and after traveling long hrs is what you really look for. Very clean & breakfast was very good, which the lady Whitney working both breakfast and fd was very tentative to both... We will keep this hotel in mind and stay when traveling the area.

The hotel is great - the front desk staff were great. Haley was particularly good with a customer who called for directions from the road and very friendly and helpful to folks who were in the lobby. Even remembered where we went for dinner and asked how it was!

Exceptionally clean, well-appointed room that was much better than I expected. High volume shower was a treat after many years of water saver shower heads. Hotel is in a great location. The staff was very nice and courteous (which is a big plus in my book). I didn't get a chance to make it down for breakfast, but its not my fault, the beds were really comfortable. Overall one of the best places I have stayed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed here on recent trip to New Orleans but wanted to stay away from the city. Is just off interstate so very easy access. Rooms were fantastic, very clean and modern. Their hot breakfast had adequate selections. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
