“Don't let the reasonably nice exterior fool you. Stay somewhere else.”

I'm not one to be overly critical about last minute sleeping accommodations but this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were not cleaned, there was blood splashed all over the wall of the bathroom (I can only imagine what happened before us), no shower curtain, only 1 set of towels, dirty coffee maker, remote... THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Room service only comes twice weekly - once to refresh towels and trash, and again for a half-hearted full service. Every day in between you have to walk your dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them. Lawn guy kept hitting on me. 1st day in we found all the dishes... More

I was greeted by an unfriendly desk clerk...followed by unclean room...they moved me, but didn't apologize. Complained constantly of noisy neighbors and hallway traffic...nothing was done! This place lacks hospitality 101, you feel like you been robbed based on how you are treated. No greetings, no smiles, problems arrives they give you excuses that are only meant for the staff.
