Our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express what a pleasant surprise. Hotel very clean and modern, helpful staff, breakfast was really good with great selections, would stay again. Close to many good restaurants, with outlet mall next door, also easy access to interstate

great rate! I was impressed with the decor! Everything is modern, clean with comfort in mind. The fitness center was nice, the staff were helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone.. even the french vanilla creamer for my coffee :) the location was ideal for an early morning trip to the outlet mall. I will certainly stay here again!

After staying and Holiday Inn's in 42 states, I must say that the Gonzales location has superior furnishings with large, heavy doors and state-of-the-art flat, fluorescent-lit bathroom mirrors. This is a very nice hotel with spacious room for priority club business travelers. Our room had 2 queen beds, a love seat, desk area, and an extra sitting chair. Recently stayed here to go shoppling at the outlet mall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very attentative and friendly. There's nothing to do in Gonzales other that the outlet mall though. I thought they'd have some plantations or something in the area, but you had to go to either Baton Rouge or New Orleans for entertainment.

Tried to stay here in August, but was unable to get the room rate that was confirmed online. My daughter works for the chain, and booked 4 rooms at her discounted rate. Stopped to get gas on drive back from Florida and decided to stay. Hotel is brand new and very clean. Great modern decor, and rooms are very nice. Breakfast was also a nice surprise -- better than any "hotel continental breakfast", with a full spread, including pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits, ect. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend!!!
