Hampton Richmond exceeded all expectations. Room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff was friendly, efficient, and thoughtful.a Complimentary hot breakfast was delish, dining facility very clean and pleasant. Hotel was easy to find, check-in/out a breeze, egress/exit from I-75 easy, lots of shopping/dining right there. Overall, top-notch.

Excellent hotel. Service and facility were great. Breakfast was perfect and felt secure at this location. We like Hampton in very much and they never fail to exceed my expectations. We are Gold Honor members and receive a great value for our travel dollars.

Hampton Inn has become my go to stay while on the road. This property is close to a shopping center and close to several places to eat. The breakfast was good and the staff working there was great. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that I always find at the Hampton.

Hotel is very clean & room is GREAT!! (High ceilings make the room feel larger & also has a ceiling fan.) Clerk at check-in was friendly. Beds are comfortable, fridge & microwave in room. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was quiet even though it was situated along a major by pass. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants. Location was close to everything, shopping, restaurants and the Eastern Kentucky University. And, only 20 minutes from Berea College. Nice place to stay.

This Hampton Inn was nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous (especially the ladies overseeing breakfast - they deserve an extra thanks and pat on the back). I'll start by saying the room, breakfast and staff were great. But if you chose this location due to the indoor pool and hot tub, Pick a different place. We stayed here last night and had a great night's sleep. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a fridge and micro. They have an indoor pool, which we didn't use, that looked nice and clean and warm. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn fare. I would recommend this location to anyone.
