Our room was excellent. Clean, odor free despite being a smoking room. Lots of space to move around so we didn't feel cramped. Hotel is huge. I stayed at the Heritage House when passing through Prestonsburg and found it to be a gracious and pleasant place to spend a night. I traveled here in October of 2011 on business. Upon entering the site, there is a bar and apparently you can smoke in it because that's what greeted me. The rooms are scary-I felt I needed to fumigate before I unpacked anything. Needless to say, I only stayed a night and won't be staying here again. My advice-find another hotel... More

Rooms were clean. Stayed in a smoking room and of course they always have a funky smell. Carpeting was clean. Beds were nice, but very hard. They man at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. Would stay there again. Need better advertising on the location of the property.
