My husband was very pleased that there were smoking rooms available. It was nice to know that Ramada did not discriminate against smokers.

Wonderful, courteous staff. Always have a cheerful attitude. This place might be a little older but it is clean, neat and professional with a little touch of home. I have really enjoyed my stay with them. I think maybe the only thing that could stand some improvement might be the internet service and it's probably not their fault anyway.

We stayed here to get some rest after traveling all day. We were in the room directly over the pool/outdoor smoking area. The pool hosted a party, which is great, unless you are wanting to rest and it is Midnight. The walls are so thin we could hear entire conversations and music (we thought they had a band.) I had the opportunity to stay for two days this weekend at the Ramada Limited. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were nice. I had be driving for 14 hours and a comfortable bed and hot shower were nice. I recommend this hotel if ever in Mt. Sterling.

After 2 weeks in this Ramada Limited I can say overall this hotel and all its staff are awesome! Two small exceptions..(1) Room slide key kept locking us out of our room as well as others and of course you didn't realize this until you got up to your room and then had to return to desk for another key....
