Overall, I think this hotel is still a good value. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable! The front desk provided excellent service and was very helpful in recommending places to eat to eat.

Second time staying here. Stayed before about 9 years ago when it was very new. Still in great shape - still looks new. Nice clean pool. Great breakfast as usual with Residence. Had a complaint when checked into room. Got upgraded to 2 bedroom for inconvenience without even asking for such compensation. All staff was very hospitable. Would stay again.

All good here...no complaints! Staff was very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants. Mary J was was extremely friendly and customer-centric. She went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed.

My wife and I came in for the Derby and stayed here. We weren't sure what to expect but the surpassed all of our expectations with flying colors. We will be back next year ready to go and are executed about staying here next year. Keep up the good work.

Came in for business trip didn't want to stay downtown. Located just off 265, just 10 miles from where I needed to be for meetings. Got a two bedroom suite, very clean and quiet, excellent. Good breakfast, several eating places near by.

We stay in Louisville about 4 time per year, some times more. The Residence Inn Louisville Northeast is our favorite. Always clean and quiet. Plenty of room and all the amenities we want. Currently at the Residence Inn (check out tomorrow). This is a nice, clean property. Rooms are the "typical" Residence Inn design with a small kitchen, bedroom and sitting area.
