Beds: Comfortable. Pillows: Good. Room: very clean. Service: Good. We were here for a convention. We were not sure what to expect. The hotel is lovely. The staff friendly. Some of the pricing was a little high, but an overall good experience. The location was the best feature. We walked all over downtown. Beautiful.

I stayed on the suite side of the hotel for a week and loved it! Very comfy beds, lots of room, helpful staff. The location is just a few blocks away from many bars and restaurants. I hope to be back many times.
