We went to Austin's Inn Place with a group of friends for the Derby and found it to be an outstanding bed and breakfast that surpassed our expectations. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The food was outstanding. The hosts were attentive and warm, making you feel so special and welcome. I highly recommend Austin's Inn. More
