My wife and I stayed at Austin's Inn Place B&B last weekend. We found it while doing a search on a B&B web site. We wanted to spend a day in Louisville exploring and decided that this was the place to stay. Overall, we loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had one of their hot tub rooms,... More

My wife and I had a date weekend that included a night stay at Austin's Inn Place Bed and Breakfast. We were both very impressed with this gem of an inn in our own hometown. Located in the historic Old Louisville section of town made up over many stately victorian homes, this b&b is two connected homes, beautifully furnished with... More

We stayed at Austin's Inn during the St. James Court Art Show. The hosts, Tom and Mary, couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The Inn is very charming. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this place was spotless. The bed in our king room was very comfortable and the linens were high quality. Mary made a delicious hot breakfast... More

We just returned from a perfect stay at the beautiful Austin's B & B. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and we had one of the best breakfasts we have had anywhere. Our hosts were delightful and helpful and considerate of our needs and schedule. I would most definitely give this the highest rating. Linda May More

Mary and Tom were the nicest people. We even went back to stay a second night and they couldn't house us again so Mary called another B&B for us to stay in. It was very kind of her to do so. The room was great, very comfy king size bed with hot tub. A great variety of snacks and beverages.... More

We selected Austin's Inn Bed and Breakfast based on previous reviews. Our group of seven traveled to Louisville to attend a conference at the downtown convention center. Austin's was within walking distance (about six-eight blocks) from the major downtown attractions. The owners, Tom and Mary, are gracious and charming hosts with a relaxed and friendly demeanor. They seemed to instictively... More

Love Mary and Tom! They are the most gracious and hospitable couple I know. I was here on a week long conference and hotels were all booked. What a bargain I got! The hotel rate was $20 more than Austin's B&B (if they weren't full), but Mary and Tom serves delicious breakfast and decent coffee. I actually had steamed asparagus... More

Also posted on bedandbreakfast.com: My client and I had a last minute trip to Louisville which happened to coincide with the Art Fare. No hotels available so we looked at Inns and B&Bs. Found Austin's Inn and after a call to the owner decided to stay. The inn is actually 2 beautiful townhomes combined together. The owners love the area... More

We went to Austin's Inn Place with a group of friends for the Derby and found it to be an outstanding bed and breakfast that surpassed our expectations. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The food was outstanding. The hosts were attentive and warm, making you feel so special and welcome. I highly recommend Austin's Inn. More

We stayed at this quaint home that is now a B&B and it was the nicest we have visited. Food was wonderful, the best. The husband and wife team;Tom and Mary are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Everything was first rate. Perfect place for the Derby or anytime. More
