The management and staff goes above and beyond to provide everything you need. Rooms clean, bedding plush, housekeeping prompt and courteous. Continental breakfast, fresh coffee and real creamer 24/7 and selection of teas. I was there for an extended stay, caring for a loved one at the UK Medical Center, and the staff, knowing this, went above and beyond. Highly... More

What a pleasant experience at the Univeristy Inn. The room was tastfully decorated, along with the feeling of being in a cozy setting. Cleaniness is my number one priorty--prestine in all areas. The room far exceeded my expectations, as well as the staff's willingness to help in any way. The breakfast bar is an added treat! Love the down comforter... More

We choose the University Inn as a place for our future in-laws to stay. We were meeting them for the first time and wanted to make sure their stay was enjoyable. The Inn met and surpassed all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, well decorated and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend it for anyone staying... More

Rooms older yet clean. Pillows not comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and efficient. Breakfast Lame for the price of the room. Embassy suites are head over heels above this place. Noisy!!! Can hear everything in nearby rooms so wear earplugs and that MIGHT help. More

University Inn was my first taste of not only Kentucky, but the USA and I loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a decent Continental breakfast. Spent my first 5 nights here before travelling around Kentucky and have re-booked twice. More

I booked my room on priceline, which can sometimes be scary since you do not know where you are staying until after you have paid, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! I had read some of the other rooms before making the trip and I was a little worried. Our room was exactly as pictured with the... More

This is not even motel 6 material and what makes it worse is the pictures depict this updated room with comfy beds BUT what we were given was a below average bed with thin pillows, worn blankets and a paper thin bed spread...yes bed spread...not comforter. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Also wifi internet access did not work. More

strange room. kingsize bed with 1 night stand. small round table and 2 dining room chairs. No desk, no easy chair. lighting very dim with wall switches in the most inconvenient places. Old style tv. Continental breakfast terrible: white sliced bread`, boiled eggs, cereal of some sort, and dry as stone pastry, sour oj, coffee. Think twice before booking here. Near... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way home from Tennessee. We hadn't visited Lexington before and this hotel seemed close to sites we wanted to visit. The hotel was very easy to find and has plenty of free parking. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The room was larger than I expected for the price... More

I having been staying at U Inn many times, mostly overnight, when working at Kentucky Children's Hospital and Chandler Hospital. This inn is the closest, within easy walking distance, friendly and considerate and reasonable priced. (you need to drive to get to the "attractions of Lexington, however). Comfortable and quiet rooms, nice breakfast available even earlier that the stated 6am. More
