Our room looked very nice and the beds were a little to hard for me. The bathroom had a terrible odor and the toilet made a every loud noise when flushed. We could also hear the loud noise when the toilets were flushed in other rooms.

All I have to say is anyone who rated this higher than a 1 must be out of their mind. Our room was very shabby. Our experience the evening of March 8 was exceptional. I had booked 2 rooms and Roger, the GM, gave us adjoining rooms without my having to ask. Our rooms were newly painted, including the ceilings, new carpet, new tile, new bathroom counter. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable with new linens.
